Katrina Dagan grew up in Scarborough, Maine and attended Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. She graduated with a degree in physical education and a Master’s Degree in health education. While at Springfield, Katrina was a four year member of the basketball team and after graduation spent three years as an assistant coach. Katrina moved to Castine in 2001 and was employed at MMA as the assistant women’s basketball coach. In 2004 she became the head women’s volleyball and softball coach, the position she held until 2012 when she joined the staff at Adams School and the Penobscot Community School as the health and physical education teacher.
Katrina resides in Castine with her husband, Craig, two children, Evelyn and Patrick and her dog, Otis Dooda Dagan.
